I am committed to supporting teenagers as they navigate a diverse range of issues and opportunities.
Sessions can take place one-on-one or within a group setting, depending on what feels most comfortable.
Together, we might explore areas such as:
- Mental Health - Risk-Taking Behaviours
- Gender Identity & Sexual Orientation - Family Dynamics & Conflict
- School & Academic Pressure - Body Image & Self-Identity
- Peer Relationships & Challenges - Social Isolation & Belonging
- Substance Experimentation & Use - Life Transitions & Adjustments
- Developmental Milestones - Future Planning & Goal Setting
My approach is grounded in empathy and respect and is tailored to fit each person’s unique needs and life circumstances. I draw from a variety of evidence-informed methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Our goal is to create a safe space where growth feels possible and supported.
