Attendance

The time we spend together will run for 60 minutes and can be delivered face-to-face or via a secure virtual platform.

Frequency

Session frequency is flexible and responsive to the needs of the individual or group. Together, we will create a supportive framework that reflects therapeutic goals and the level of care that is most helpful.

Confidentiality

All information shared is treated with respect and maintained in strict confidence. There are, however, certain circumstances in which information may need to be shared. These include concerns about your safety or the safety of others, situations where disclosure is required by law, or if additional services need to be involved, with your consent.

Referral

No referral is required, simply make contact and arrange an appointment.

Support services are registered with several private health funds. Please check with your specific fund to confirm if you are covered under your plan.
